| Dan Fessler, formerly the
California State Utilities Regulator, and Lord Currie were among the
speakers at the ABA session entitled Hands and Pockets across the Sea:
The Challenges of Infrastructure Regulation in a Global Economy.
We made arrangements for them to meet senior members of OFGEN and OFTEL
and the No. 10 Policy Unit.
The week ended with Dan Fessler's visit to
Shovers Green House for lunch and a tour of the surrounding East Sussex
countryside.
It was a most enjoyable and informative
week for all. |
